Fall feelings are everywhere this week! In many parts of the country, our cooking methods & food cravings are slowly beginning to change! Welcome back roasting, baking, slow-cooking & warm spices. To kick this off, say hello to sweet & nutty butternut squash, saucy lasagna & a hearty sweet potato bowl...just to name a few! Pro tip: Lasagna is a forgiving frozen food! Prepare + freeze --> then bake when you're ready to eat! OR prepare + bake + freeze your leftovers right in the same casserole dish!
