Quick, practical, and balanced—that’s how we like it at Jow. We're not ready yet to spend hours in the kitchen preparing stews, gratins and cakes. We'll leave that for the winter, when it's cold and gray. Let's whip up some recipes that will help us enjoy the last days of summer and prep for the new school year.
Right now, we're still feeling a little vacation-y, so let's make the most of the last sunny days of the year. We'll take care of finding you some quick dishes so you don't have to worry until it's time to hibernate!
All this with seasonal ingredients to enjoy summer to the fullest! As of next month, we'll try to use more mushrooms and squash, and we’ll say see you next year, tomatoes. For the time being, summer vegetables are still around for a few weeks, so let’s enjoy them!
