We ate well, we drank well, we had a good time...now the party’s over. It's time to start a good detox! The program: healthy meals, putting the brakes on wine, a little exercise, and you’ll be like new by Groundhog Day.

It doesn't look like much fun, but we promise you it is, and your body will thank you. We've put together a few detox recipes that aren't too detox (wink, wink)—we'll add a little cheese and cream here and there, so don't worry, you won't starve.

A good soup and broth, and off to bed! A little effort, a lot of comfort.
